Did you miss my fashion posts? :) 

Walking around searching for something in the mall on a Saturday plus meet up with friends... It means very comfortable clothes.

I've been wearing very casual clothes lately but then I wanted to look different.

So here's my interpretation of casual chic. :)

I started with this colorful shorts that is super comfortable as if I am wearing house shorts. haha I love that it has it's own texture and style that makes it very trendy.

Since my shorts is very detailed, I just wore a plain tee! So I had a very comfortable outfit as I am really on a search for something. Feeling and looking good while also feeling carefree!

I am actually looking for a pair of party shoes so when in the search for a shoe, you must wear a comfortable slip on footwear! You want to be free of fixing your shoes on and off while trying on several footwear!

This footwear is simple yet comfortable as I didn't had any blisters. Though it is simple it also has details that makes it trendy! Look at the shape and the gold lining! :)

Father's Day OOTD

It's Father's Day today! How have you celebrated the day of our beloved Daddy, Papa, Father, Tatay, Ama, Itay etc. etc. I hope your Dads enjoyed their day! So here's my ootd, a very relaxed Father's Day outfit.

I started with this super comfortable pants! It's made of cotton fabric that makes it very light weight. It's not super thick so it gives the right coolness that I need when the weather is hot and also gives me the right warmth when the rain will suddenly pour. 

I love this tapered pants where it's wide on the hips but tight on the bottom. It gives shape to the body but when worn wrong, it will make you look fat. I'm just glad it worked good on me. haha! I also love its cute print style to make it more fun and not boring.

Since it's already printed, I wanted to pair it with a plain top. But for today, I wanted to wear a pop of color so I decided to wear this pink top. Since this top has a wide bottom, I opted to tuck it in so that I can still show the tapered design of my pants and the wide cut of this top will make me look wide too specially when paired with this kind pants (wide on the hips).

To complete my relaxed ootd, I used this simple yet edgy swap watch from Tomato. I actually borrowed this from my nephew for several days already. haha It matched well with my outfit as it also has the mirror type of base. I love it specially when I need to do lip retouch or just want to check out if my hair or any part of face is ok.

Summer but not so summer outfit

 The weather today was so crazy! It was oohhh soo hot in the morning and then it suddenly rained (hard)! But then again I wanted to have a summer feeling but not too summery look. So here's my ootd and my own interpretation of a summer outfit but not so summer outfit. 

When we think about summer, we think of floral dresses and of course (mini) skirts. But since I didn't want to wear a supper summery outfit I finally wore my animal print mini skirt. It's flowy style gives me that little summery look. This type of skirt style is best for summer! It has a super soft and smooth cloth that will give me a fresh and comfy feeling. Pairing it with a very comfortable plain tee (it's eco shirt by the way!). This is super comfortable too!

It was so hot when I went out of the house today so again! I don't want to pile up lots of accessories. Less is more right? So I decided to wear pink accessories to give my look a touch of girly feeling. But then I chose a more sophisticated design accessory so that I won't look like a teeny bopper high school.

To make my look more grown up or look my age and of course add a touch of sophistication. I decided to use a more neutral bag that will match my accessories.

Lastly! To match my whole look! I once again used my super comfortable Pill Footwear and it was great that it matched my whole look. The golden pointed desgin gives it the right sophistication. And the pink color gives the girly feeling. And of course the black color balances out everything. By the way, it has a velvety texture too making it great for my summer but not so summer look.

A Different Summer Outfit

Well hello! The weather is really unpredictable now a days. But it is still too hot here in the Philippines so I still like to wear breezy clothes! But I want a different look since I'm on skirt everyday going to the office plus I often wear shorts due to the uber hot weather. So here's an alternative look this summer season, trendy yet satisfying the summer heat!

I love wearing sheer tops due to the hot weather! It's all about the comfort but if you're bored with summer dresses, shorts and skirts you can opt to wear leggings! Yes, I know what you're thinking.... leggings tends to be a very hot garment! But hey there are a lot of fabrics and opt for the thin and smooth fabric leggings! And since it's summer, grab some colors too! Again, if you follow me... you know that I am managing getting too much colored outfitey already. So here's an option to satisfy my colorful personality. Get items with minimal color accents. Like my leggings, the dominant color would be black and white, but hey the neon colored details still pops out and gives my satisfaction in terms of colors.

Since I am already wearing a very detailed bottom, I opted to wear a neutral sheer top which is also loose to complement my body hugging leggings.

In this summer heat, it's really hard for me to pile up a lot of accessories. It irritates me! So I just pile up a few pieces that also complemented my look. And for this look, I opted for a neutral watch and a symmetry bangle that matched with my leggings.

The vibrant neon pink color pops out. 

I just want to say again that this leggings is super comfortable! The light fabric is great for the summer heat!

Simple yet very classic which I can pair with anything and wear anytime.

Lastly, let's bring the color into footwear! It's like my outfit matched all together! This strappy footwear is also great for the summer season! Very comfortable yet trendy which I got from Pill. I didn't had any blisters wearing this foot wear. When you are afraid of colors try to have it on your foot wear!

Vintage Glam

 It's Christmas time again and we have Christmas Parteeess here and there! For this year, our annual Christmas Party theme was Vintage Glam! I was not really excited about vintage because it seemed boring but on the second thought there are a lot of vintage outfitey available. So while I was searching for the vintage dress I have several considerations.. 1. It should look vintage 2. It should be very very comfortable 3. Wearable for other occasions.... 

Since I really didn't have the time to look for the perfect outfitey, I was lucky when I saw this Ever New lacey white dress with pearls neckline. Talk about vintage glam right? When we say vintage we mostly think about lacey floral dresses and this is it. The best part is, because of the peal neckline it answers the glam part!

To make the look a little dramatic, I bought black gloves and flower hair accessory at it also shows a little skin with a semi-low back. Since it's a Christmas party, I opted to wear more accessories than the usual to feel the costumey look but not too costume like. 

Since the dress have pearls on it, I just thought of why not itodo ko na! Over do the pearls with earings, hand accessories plus a belt! San pa ba pwede mag pearls? Kulang na lang anklet! But look how the different pearls at different shades matched all together! It looked very classic and classy right? Vintage and glam in one.

Because of the pearl neck line details, I opted not to wear any necklace anymore. I also opted to wear a different ring since it looked very vintage and also to match my jade bracelet. Lastly, to complete the look is of course the make up and hair. Luckily I just had my hair peremed so it was easy. For my make up I decided to have neutral eyes and opted for red orange lips. Very vintage!

Since I was expecting it to be fun filled night, though I was thinking of using a vintage like footwear I decided to wear my forever reliable Pill footwear! It really is my parnter on this kind of occasions!

Victoria Secret Inspired

I just recently hosted my sister's bridal shower and as I was so busy with work, I was also busy prepping up for it. It was all so last minute and I was fortunate enough to have dear friends of ours who helped me along the way (you all know who you are!)  And as I was on stress alert with work and with what bridal shower theme... One of my friends suggested to have Victoria Secret Inspired Theme Bridal Shower. So here's what I wore during the event. Syempre pakana ko ito kaya kailangan magoutfitey din ako! And it was indeed exciting and challenging to think of what outfit to wear. 

Here are my considerations: I want either something corset, lacey or peplum. So looking around, I was so happy when I saw this dress! It has all the details that I wanted but in one dress na. Kahit peplum lang masaya na ako. But it not only has a corset type fit but it is also lacey! 

Plus factor is that it is in black and pink colors, very VS right??? So this is what I call VS inspired outfit. It doesn't necessary be a lingerie but something sexy and yet sophisticated! Pwede pala yun.haha

Wait a minute, look how sexy this outfit is as it is see through and low back, nice right??

I love the colors combined with each other, specially my short pink tail. I am really not a fan of train dresses but this dress changed my mind. A train with the right length and color should do the trick. It gives a little drama to the whole outfit. 

Another thing that I like about this dress is the lacey top. It hides my flabs and yet make the whole look more sexy.  The combination of lace and pink tube top is really lady like instead of girly girly (You don't want to look like a young girl attending a bridal shower).

Bonga ang pink peplum detail! This kept the whole look updated and in season.

And of course since the theme is Victoria Secret, the outfit won't be complete with out wings. We were all Victoria Secret Angels that night! Nagkataon that the wings matched my outfitey ( to all the girls, it wasn't intentional :) ).

A body hugging dress with the right cloth will hid all your flabs but will bring out the "curves". Pair it with your loved heels to make you look more sexier!
