Casual Friday at Work

I'm very sorry! I've been super busy with work! But let's not dwell on it. Since I've been very busy with work and missed blogging here's an ootd during my #busyatwork last Friday! We are allowed to dress down or do casual Friday. I don't know but I am like loving to wear a black shirt lately. It's like I just want to wear it and pair it with all other else. HHMMMM.... Let me try to post more of my black shirt look. There are a lot of looks you can have with this black shirt!

To give it a little attitude, I tucked a little in front for that fashyon lady look.

Medieval Costume

Hi guys!! I'm very sorry for MIA this end of 2014! I've been busy both in work and personal stuffs ( lots of activities happened) :) But before we end 2014 I want to share with you what I wore during our Christmas Party at work! It's better late than never... hehe

Yearly, we have themes during our annual Christmas party and for 2014 the theme that won is Game of Thrones. It was actually very hard for most of us to do it since we find that we won't be able to use our outfits anymore thus it then became more of Medieval themed party. I was actually not planning to make an effort to go in Game of Thrones or Medieval costume but during the week of our party..... things changed and here I am wearing a princess Medieval costume! haha

Thanks to my Marketing Family who insisted that I should wore this outfit during our annual Company Christmas Party. :) This is actually a rented Medieval gown located somewhere at CCP near Star City. This is my first time to rent an outfit, it's actually nice to rent there since it's very convenient. You just need to get and return, no need to wash it since they'll do the laundry already. The best part of it is that, renting costs around 700++ only! The only downside in renting is that if there's no available size for you. hehe

I love that it was very comfortable! It was a little big for me but thanks to my friend, we were able to fix it and just pined the loose parts! Tada!! It fitted me very well including the length! I also love that it's a little low at the back. haha

Since it's very shiny already, I tried to wear minimal accessories but then I can't help it! haha I just felt that I needed to accessorize! haha Itodo ko na ang pag career ng Medieval costume! haha But I opted to wear neutral colors that matched with the sparkly gown but of course all with very Medieval and princess feel. Pati head hindi nakaligtas...hehe :)

Lastly, during parties I want to wear sling bags so I can move freely but of course still maintained the Medieval and Princess feel. So a vintage bag is the way to go. I love bags that can be used as either sling or clutch bag.

And by the way, since I am a Medieval princess (haha!!) I finalized my look with a subtle smokey look and with a very girly pink lips. Hope you liked my mu. :)

Here's my blooper pic for this post. OA lang sa pagkafeel na princess. :)

P.S. This look was finalized 3 days and up to the last minute of the our Christmas Party. Head Piece just remembered I have such just 2 days before the party. I haven't even able to practice my make up look days before. haha Next year, I'll make sure to prepare earlier. haha

Casual Two Toned Dress

Yippeee! I forgot to tell you that I already got my laptop after another repair! Yehey I will be able to post all my back logs!

Here's another back log that I haven't been able to post. Again, it's better late than never. :)

As promised, I feel like wearing more casual fab this year and here's what I wore on a steady Sunday.

This is actually a dress that me and my friends got during our trip to Thailand. It's so affordable so we got it in different designs and colors. The style, length and cloth is very friendly plus it doesn't fail the fashyon portion.

What I like about this type of dress is that I don't need to mix and match anymore. So when I don't know what to wear this type of dress is one of my alternatives.

Another thing that I like to this kind of dress is that it's great for traveling! Very light and small to bring, it saves me more space for shopping (joke haha) and the hassle of thinking what to mix and match. I am guilty that there were times when I brought outfits that I think are good together but when worn, it looks off. So I need to do an instant mix and match with what I only have with me at that time. But with this kind of dress, I am assured.

When wearing a dress, at times I wear a belt to give me some shape. Since the dress in with dark colors, I opted to cut it with this bright colored belt in red.

Wore these somehow bohemian look of accessories to balance my girly / lady look. :) This treasured long necklace matched with my charm bracelet.

Lastly, to give some contrast on my total look finalized the look with a neutral colored footwear.

Here's my blooper pic for this post, my hair is distorted because of the light at the back. hehe

High Waisted Skort

We should already be done with Holiday Season and make our selves ready to go back to work. Most of us had been back to work but for me I'll be back to work on Monday. But my outfit is so not yet over with New Year as I wore some polka dots. haha

For 2014, I would like to make my style more mature and less of the casual outfits. But I have more casual outfits so I think I'll wear more casual fab this year. But that's not a promise yet ah. Let's see how it goes. :)

I was supposed to wear a high waisted polka dot skirt but oh no ipit ang bilbil! hehe So I changed and opted to wear this high waisted polka dot skirt instead. And boy I was glad that I wore this and I was happy with it. Paired it with a plain top but with nice textures that makes it more fab than a regular plain shirt. I actually love this shirt too even if it's not tucked in. I also love this skort as it gives me a girly look but is very comfortable. Since it's in dark color, it still hids my bilbil even if it's high waisted (high waist bottoms are mostly suitable for those who don't have excess tummy) plus the length! This is the length that I want in shorts or mini skirts as it gives me an illusion of thin thighs.

I was in the mood to wear a few accessories for today and I actually just grabbed them with out thinking if it will match my outfit. I was already in a hurry to go so I just grabbed 2 items and I got these 2 sophisticated accessories that matched very well with each other. They are both very femininely baby pink with gold accents.

I also wore a slim belt to finalize the look to hide the imperfectness of the fringes of my tucked in outfit. It doesn't really hide it literally but more of layering for a clean look.

Lastly, wore this braided footwear again and used my over sized bag to complete my casual fab look. I think that it will complement my first attempt of a more mature and feminine look for 2014. haha But you all know that I don't have one specific type of look. :)

Here's my blooper photos for this post. I actually have 2 photos to share with you. :)

Christmas Outfit / Attire : Glitz and Glam

Hi Guys!! I am back! I am very very sorry for mia for almost 2 months. I had my laptop repaired and I was a little too busy with a lot of events lately (but my laptop is still under repair, hope you can bear with me). Well anyway I am back! I am regaining my strength and am now very happy and eager to blog again. I have a lot of back logs to share with you all.

Today is Christmas day and I want to share with you what I wore during our annual Christmas Party at work. The theme for this year was Glitz and Glam and was held at Diamond Hotel. Shumishine bright like a diamond ang peg!

With the sound of it! I knew that it should be sparkly! And I thought that many ladies no matter the color, style or length mostly would surely wear a dress. So for me, this year I wanted to wear something different and something that I can still use! Sparkly outfits / dress that looks outstanding are expensive and I feel that I will not be able to use it anymore.

So on the search for my outfit, I have thought that I wanted to get a sparkly shorts in black! And this was easy to find though during my searching there was not a lot of sparkly outfits yet (our party is always earlier than the others).

This sparkly shorts is super comfortable, I felt like I was wearing my house shorts!!! I find the length a little short but I didn't notice that until the party! haha

First on the list check! But what to pair??? Oh gosh I felt that it's gonna be hard!!! Then suddenly I saw a sparkly blazer I grabbed it and tried it on! But I was sad that it was only available in xs. It fits me but it was a little hard for me to raise my hands and arms. I was thinking if I will get it as it was on sale (and when I mean sale it was more than 70% off). Oh my it was really really hard for me to choose. So I went out of the store and tried to look for other options so the evil in me placed the blazer at the back of the rack cause I know I will be back for it. And true enough, there's no other sparkly outfit that will match perfectly my sparky shorts than this sparkly blazer!

I love this blazer as it looks very classy! It's on gold and white color which gives me a more mature look but not super mature..... Sophisticated! :)

Lastly, I bought a shimmery inner spag top to complement my whole look. With two very sparkly outfits, it's better to tone it down with a shimmer inner top. I didn't want to look like a disco ball or better yet a Christmas Tree. By the way, I was able to dance the night away with this blazer! haha

And that's my final look! :)

And yes! I was able to use my shimmery pointed shoes again which matched very well with my whole look. And of course, re-used my blingy bag but now used it as a clutch. :) I was glad that I was able to blend them all together even if they are all sparkly and shimmery.

But wait! The shimmer or sparkly look is not yet done! Wait till you closely see my hair! :) haha

I knew that I wanted to be back at Blo and wanted to try an updo look for this event. During events I mostly wear my hair down. So for a change, I wanted to try an up do and just in time I saw this sparkly hair stickers at Landmark and bought them. I was still not 100% sure if I will be able to use them. But when I showed it to the hair dresser, she was very supportive to place them on my hair. Thank You ate!

Finally to cap of my Glitz and Glam look! I wore a classy and clean look of make up and just added some shimmer on my eyes. It's not super strong but more of cute and clean classy look. You may notice that I also placed a tiny diamond bead like to cap of my mu. It's more on the eyes for this look.

Closer look, one bead on each eye. Sorry for a not so clear photo of my mu :(
Lastly, I wore minimal accessories. Just diamond like stud earrings and my classic necklace.

I got my diamond like stud earrings from H and M. Look at how cool is this collection that I got plus it's very affordable! I am now prepared for different events. I am super loving this!

Cold weather OOTD

It's rainy season already and the weather is getting cold so it's time to bring out sweaters, long sleeves and cover ups! Here's my casual rainy ootd. You can see that I love wearing simple casual looks rather than glamming up now a days. But again simple doesn't mean to be room clothes.

I love wearing super comfortable clothes and I super love this 2 in 1 tank top as it already have a built in underwear. It's so comfortable as if you're not wearing any underwear but it gives the right support. Covered it up with this super comfortable and soft cardigan. You see that I used 2 shades of gray which made the look interesting. And pair it with this jeggings! This is what you call comfort!

I super like this cardigan as it is longer than the usual length. Long cardigans can create an illusion of leaner body.

Lastly, I wore minimal accessories again. Matchy matchy necklace with my footwear. I decided to wear this long owl necklace to spice up a little my simple look. It looks very vintage.

Lastly, I finally wore my new footwear that's matchy matchy with my necklace. It looks a balance of vintage and modern look. A nice footwear can make a simple outfit look very fashyon. Btw, it's so comfortable too!

Keep safe in the rain everyone.

Blooper Post :)
