Polka Shorts

On weekends I really am more of a casual person so as to take a break of work outfit. More relax and chill feeling. So here's what I wore last Sunday and thank God for a wonderful weather after typhoon Mario. 

Since the weather was hot, I felt like wearing shorts again and I love this polka shirts which is so cute! To tone it down since I don't want to look so high school I paired it with this black animal print top. Simple yet with cheetah / leopard details. And yes it's actually see through so I again wore my ever reliable Airism.

To complete my relax outfit, wore these ballet jelly flats. You just can't see from the photo but it's a little glittery. Simple yet with a little lady like feel.

Again wore very minimal accessories and decided to wear again my colored watch for a little hint of color and paired it with a charmed bracelet for the lady like feel and contrast a very high school look. :)

Do I still look like too young? Hope not. :)

She Looks Great!

It's a rainy Sunday again! It's been raining in the afternoon here and it's raining hard! So everyone, please keep safe!

I super love weekends! Yippe.. I try my best to not think of work during weekends so that I'll be able to recharge and regenerate energy just in time for Monday. It's also during weekends that I get to do things that I WANT to do! So I love weekends! haha

Today is another day for goofing around the mall with the fambam. I love wearing comfortable clothes lately and I am not in the mood to glam up. But hey, when we say comfortable it doesn't mean that we should look like losyang.

So here I am wearing the most comfortable thing on earth and it is t-shirt. T-shirt need not be boring! Make T-shirts fun with prints and statements on it!

Since I didn't want to look super casual. I matched it with this paper bag styled shorts. This type of shorts actually would work well with thin framed body. And yes! I am not thin as evident in the photo above. But I think it worked as I tucked in the t-shirt to at least give me some shape. This type of shorts would work well with well fitting tops too.

Since I don't feel like glamming up lately, I wear few accessories too. So I just wore this bracelet that I got from my office mate and my everyday watch. Plus these forever oh so comfortable footwear.

This bracelet complemented my look of comfortable casual but yet with a hint of fun and style. Look at the details! Cute!

As you can see the colors for me this day would be different shades of brown and grey that complemented each other. I find my look as casual with style. :)

Fashionable Casual

Attending several events means dressing up. So after dressing up, I love to be laid back and be comfortable as if I am just at home but then still looking presentable and fashionable too.

Here's my casual look on a very relaxed Sunday as I cooked lunch for the fambam, roamed around the mall, etc. etc. and of course blogged!

I feel very comfortable wearing shorts, loose top and of course wearing slip ons!

But being comfortable doesn't mean that we should look like we are just at home. Comfortable can be fashionable too! You just have to know your style and preference! So here I am sharing you my interpretation of Fashionable Casual of the day. Most of the time I love to wear Fashionable Casual. :)

I love to wear my customized StyleCo. shorts and pair it with my super comfortable top too! With the heat of the weather, I want to wear breathable clothes like this polo like sleeveless but with cotton and stretchable material. What's great about this top is that it doesn't look normal because of its bib like details which makes it interesting. Since my top is longer than the usual length for my body, pairing it with shorts (showing more skin) I look taller with this outfit even if I am just wearing flats. 

Fashionable Casual means less accessory for the day. I just had one wrap around casual bracelet and watch. Very relaxed looked.

 

A little secret of mine, I don't usually put a lot of things inside my bag but then again I still use a bag! hehe So on my Fashionable Casual day.... I decided to use again my cute shoulder bag.

Lastly, Fashionable Casual means wearing very comfortable footwear and nothing beats slip ons! Birkenstock was very popular back during the 90's! So when my HS Birkenstock decided to leave me, I know I should get another one because of its comfort and quality! Their simple classic design in leather material is great for the minimalist but knows comfort and quality given its leather material. Plus it has what I call archs that supports our feet just right.

OMG! I miss Fashion blogging! It's been a while since I had my latest Fashion Post. So today is a very laid back and a very hot Sunday! As in it's scourging hot! I didn't want to dress up too much but I still want to look a little colorful. But the most important factor is comfort and cool! So on a lazy Sunday summer heat, I love to wear shorts and pair it with a cotton shirt. The sound of it is so breezy!

I love comfortable stuffs so Fitflop is the best footwear to slip on when in a hurry!

Soft and thin fabric shorts is the way to go! It's a little sporty look. Talk about comfort.

On a summer heat day, I don't like piling up accessories. So few pieces will do... like a simple long necklace that won't stick on the skin ( As much as possible I don't want to feel any accessories on my skin on a very hot day!). Plus a big wooden bangle partner with a sporty watch. Talk about colors here.. right? Lively, Simple and Comfortable!
