Fashionable Casual

Attending several events means dressing up. So after dressing up, I love to be laid back and be comfortable as if I am just at home but then still looking presentable and fashionable too.

Here's my casual look on a very relaxed Sunday as I cooked lunch for the fambam, roamed around the mall, etc. etc. and of course blogged!

I feel very comfortable wearing shorts, loose top and of course wearing slip ons!

But being comfortable doesn't mean that we should look like we are just at home. Comfortable can be fashionable too! You just have to know your style and preference! So here I am sharing you my interpretation of Fashionable Casual of the day. Most of the time I love to wear Fashionable Casual. :)

I love to wear my customized StyleCo. shorts and pair it with my super comfortable top too! With the heat of the weather, I want to wear breathable clothes like this polo like sleeveless but with cotton and stretchable material. What's great about this top is that it doesn't look normal because of its bib like details which makes it interesting. Since my top is longer than the usual length for my body, pairing it with shorts (showing more skin) I look taller with this outfit even if I am just wearing flats. 

Fashionable Casual means less accessory for the day. I just had one wrap around casual bracelet and watch. Very relaxed looked.

 

A little secret of mine, I don't usually put a lot of things inside my bag but then again I still use a bag! hehe So on my Fashionable Casual day.... I decided to use again my cute shoulder bag.

Lastly, Fashionable Casual means wearing very comfortable footwear and nothing beats slip ons! Birkenstock was very popular back during the 90's! So when my HS Birkenstock decided to leave me, I know I should get another one because of its comfort and quality! Their simple classic design in leather material is great for the minimalist but knows comfort and quality given its leather material. Plus it has what I call archs that supports our feet just right.

I am just like you my readers. :) I am your relatable blogger and Yes I can relate with you all! You may be able to see me anywhere around the metro. So if you see me around...... wala lang. :)

OMG! I miss Fashion blogging! It's been a while since I had my latest Fashion Post. So today is a very laid back and a very hot Sunday! As in it's scourging hot! I didn't want to dress up too much but I still want to look a little colorful. But the most important factor is comfort and cool! So on a lazy Sunday summer heat, I love to wear shorts and pair it with a cotton shirt. The sound of it is so breezy!

I love comfortable stuffs so Fitflop is the best footwear to slip on when in a hurry!

Soft and thin fabric shorts is the way to go! It's a little sporty look. Talk about comfort.

On a summer heat day, I don't like piling up accessories. So few pieces will do... like a simple long necklace that won't stick on the skin ( As much as possible I don't want to feel any accessories on my skin on a very hot day!). Plus a big wooden bangle partner with a sporty watch. Talk about colors here.. right? Lively, Simple and Comfortable!

Maxi Dress

Been busy with work lately and I don't get the chance to thoroughly prepare an outfit when I attend special events. So when you don't know what to wear, maxi dresses are the best! It give us girls that sophisticated look yet super comfortable! It's save up my time thinking or pairing outfits that I might not feel like comfortable and condfident wearing but I don't have any choice anymore.

I actually attended a formal but not so formal event. To be safe I wear this maxi dress that will look formal with conservative accessories. Long dresses will make an outfit look formal, but having it in a nice print will make it look more trendy! As what I always say, SMART FASHION.

Classic accessories doesn't need to be boring! It can be in a sophisticated design like my pendant above, it can also be in a big chunky ring and it can be a classic print bag but in a small cutie patutie size!

And lastly, you all know that I'm a flat person. So to complete my look, I wear a cute (what I call) bejeweled strap footwear. This is actually in beige with those big bling blings, balance of classic and modern trend! Just right and matchy matchy with my whole look!

Here's another Fashion post from my recent vacation trip. It was Universal Day and I already expected a super duper hot day with fun filled rides and activities. But unexpectedly the rain poured hard that morning so I was kinda worried with my outfit that day. I only brought cool and breezy outfits since I only expected hot temperature. But my gutts was telling me (malakas ang pakiramdam ko! haha) that the sun will strike hot come noon time and true enough it did (sabi ko sa inyo e, malakas pakiramdam ko! haha). 

When in theme parks, wear something comfortable and fashyon. We girls want to look our best even if we feel like being thrown in the air or go round and round! I wore a pair of shorts with light weight type of fabric that kept me cool while I am able to move freely. To add punk on my outfit I wore a very loose printed sleeveless top that is also very light weighted and paired it with a bandeau. This prevented me from feeling sweaty all day. Accessories should be kept minimal in this times and consider wearing your bff footwear. Bring a user friendly bag to goof around freely! Balance of fashyon, function and comfort equates to SMART FASHION.
