Christmas Outfit / Attire : Glitz and Glam

Hi Guys!! I am back! I am very very sorry for mia for almost 2 months. I had my laptop repaired and I was a little too busy with a lot of events lately (but my laptop is still under repair, hope you can bear with me). Well anyway I am back! I am regaining my strength and am now very happy and eager to blog again. I have a lot of back logs to share with you all.

Today is Christmas day and I want to share with you what I wore during our annual Christmas Party at work. The theme for this year was Glitz and Glam and was held at Diamond Hotel. Shumishine bright like a diamond ang peg!

With the sound of it! I knew that it should be sparkly! And I thought that many ladies no matter the color, style or length mostly would surely wear a dress. So for me, this year I wanted to wear something different and something that I can still use! Sparkly outfits / dress that looks outstanding are expensive and I feel that I will not be able to use it anymore.

So on the search for my outfit, I have thought that I wanted to get a sparkly shorts in black! And this was easy to find though during my searching there was not a lot of sparkly outfits yet (our party is always earlier than the others).

This sparkly shorts is super comfortable, I felt like I was wearing my house shorts!!! I find the length a little short but I didn't notice that until the party! haha

First on the list check! But what to pair??? Oh gosh I felt that it's gonna be hard!!! Then suddenly I saw a sparkly blazer I grabbed it and tried it on! But I was sad that it was only available in xs. It fits me but it was a little hard for me to raise my hands and arms. I was thinking if I will get it as it was on sale (and when I mean sale it was more than 70% off). Oh my it was really really hard for me to choose. So I went out of the store and tried to look for other options so the evil in me placed the blazer at the back of the rack cause I know I will be back for it. And true enough, there's no other sparkly outfit that will match perfectly my sparky shorts than this sparkly blazer!

I love this blazer as it looks very classy! It's on gold and white color which gives me a more mature look but not super mature..... Sophisticated! :)

Lastly, I bought a shimmery inner spag top to complement my whole look. With two very sparkly outfits, it's better to tone it down with a shimmer inner top. I didn't want to look like a disco ball or better yet a Christmas Tree. By the way, I was able to dance the night away with this blazer! haha

And that's my final look! :)

And yes! I was able to use my shimmery pointed shoes again which matched very well with my whole look. And of course, re-used my blingy bag but now used it as a clutch. :) I was glad that I was able to blend them all together even if they are all sparkly and shimmery.

But wait! The shimmer or sparkly look is not yet done! Wait till you closely see my hair! :) haha

I knew that I wanted to be back at Blo and wanted to try an updo look for this event. During events I mostly wear my hair down. So for a change, I wanted to try an up do and just in time I saw this sparkly hair stickers at Landmark and bought them. I was still not 100% sure if I will be able to use them. But when I showed it to the hair dresser, she was very supportive to place them on my hair. Thank You ate!

Finally to cap of my Glitz and Glam look! I wore a classy and clean look of make up and just added some shimmer on my eyes. It's not super strong but more of cute and clean classy look. You may notice that I also placed a tiny diamond bead like to cap of my mu. It's more on the eyes for this look.

Closer look, one bead on each eye. Sorry for a not so clear photo of my mu :(
Lastly, I wore minimal accessories. Just diamond like stud earrings and my classic necklace.

I got my diamond like stud earrings from H and M. Look at how cool is this collection that I got plus it's very affordable! I am now prepared for different events. I am super loving this!

Simple Girly Look

Saturday hang out with my girls! I wanted to wear something simple but still fashyon and it turned out to this simple girly look. :)

The truth is..... I was going to commute going to somewhere early that day so I made sure to tone down my look. Like anyone of you, every time I commute I didn't want to attract much attention so I want to look simple. But simple doesn't mean boring.

I always love wearing jean. A good pair of jeans is a must in everyone's closet. A pair of jeans with a simple tee is the way to go!

But hey! A simple tee may be made better with details. Look how cute my top is. :) It's not your ordinary top. It has this sheer lacey details that looks girly and sexy too (a little lowback pa siya haha). I love these kind of tops! It's simple yet very versatile and comfortable.

I wore minimal accessories too, just a watch and this cute single bracelet and colored bag to give my look some more color and fun.

Tip: Use an overnight / everyday bag so you are sure that you have all the things you need while doing errands. But bring a small bag and put it inside your big bag so that you're ready to go on that night out or get together with your girls. :)

Lastly, to finish my look. I wore another very comfortable flats so it will be easy for me to move around. I am really more of a flats person.

I love these footwear! It's not your ordinary flats. It gives my look more fashyon and not flat and simple.

I hope you can relate to my posts. :) I am just like you.

Summer but not so summer outfit

The weather today was so crazy! It was oohhh soo hot in the morning and then it suddenly rained (hard)! But then again I wanted to have a summer feeling but not too summery look. So here's my ootd and my own interpretation of a summer outfit but not so summer outfit.

When we think about summer, we think of floral dresses and of course (mini) skirts. But since I didn't want to wear a supper summery outfit I finally wore my animal print mini skirt. It's flowy style gives me that little summery look. This type of skirt style is best for summer! It has a super soft and smooth cloth that will give me a fresh and comfy feeling. Pairing it with a very comfortable plain tee (it's eco shirt by the way!). This is super comfortable too!

It was so hot when I went out of the house today so again! I don't want to pile up lots of accessories. Less is more right? So I decided to wear pink accessories to give my look a touch of girly feeling. But then I chose a more sophisticated design accessory so that I won't look like a teeny bopper high school.

To make my look more grown up or look my age and of course add a touch of sophistication. I decided to use a more neutral bag that will match my accessories.

Sorry for the blurry photos :(
Lastly! To match my whole look! I once again used my super comfortable Pill Footwear and it was great that it matched my whole look. The golden pointed desgin gives it the right sophistication. And the pink color gives the girly feeling. And of course the black color balances out everything. By the way, it has a velvety texture too making it great for my summer but not so summer look.

How have you been with this crazy weather?
Hope you like my interpretation of summer but not so summer look!

Donya on the fields

Here's another outfit from my recent trip to Baguio, if you saw on my previous Fashion post. I already had a casual look so I opted to have a more edgy look the next day.

Since it's summer and I haven't really got the chance to go on a summer trip besides our department outing (though it was more of a bonding trip since we didn't really had enough time to dip in the water). Going back to this post,  I wanted to wear something summery but since we were going to a cold place I definitely would need to cover up and beat the cold weather. So I decided to bring out my neon long sleeves to satisfy my want to wear something summery outfitey.

Definitely, it's still long sleeves but in a shocking neon orange color. Yes! I don't have a problem when crossing the road. haha! I paired it with a very comfortable jeggings now in dark color. Since I am no longer getting younger, I opted to have the color in one of my outfit only (except for my bag! haha) and toned down the rest. You wouldn't want to look like your back in time with too much shocking colors at once.

Since I still didn't bring additional cover up with me, I definitely had my head piece and scarf.

I matched my head piece with the look that I wanted so I brought my turban along with me. Though I love colors, you can see that the turban is in deep green color which didn't contrast the shocking color of my top.

I got a lot of Baguio scarfs so now, it's time to go black. With this neon colored long sleeves, accessories should be toned down.

When the sunshine strikes directly with neon color!

When travelling, we must learn to pack light so foldable shoes are a must have! There are a lot of foldable shoes available in the metro but we must consider the comfort! It should be comfortable and has the right soles. You wouldn't want to feel the floor and as if you are just wearing a cloth! Those kinds of foldable shoes might worn out easily too.

Notice that I also toned down my footwear, wearing a navy blue footwear. To make an outfit more fun, you can use colors but in this case since I had a neon color to begin with... I piled up colors but in neutral colors like deep green and navy blue.
