How's your long weekend so far? Today is the last day but hey there are 2 more upcoming days of no work or class for this month. Yippee! haha

The weather have been very hot again and with this hot weather we need to ensure to take care of our skin. Us girls would always like to feel good and there's no other way for us to feel good is to have soft, smooth and fragrant skin. So what soap could best answer our desires? Let's try Camay and test if it really does make us feel good.

Base on the efforts that Camay is doing, Camay soap helps the skin to be soft and smooth with that fragrant smell and for this variant it's Romantique Rose! I like the look of the outer packaging, it's very chic and sophisticated and very woman!

The inner packaging or the box of each soap is just very simple with it's logo on the side. The logo has the same look and feel - very chic and sophisticated.

I find the bar soap has the same size as the other soaps. And upon opening the box, the soap smells so good! I was a little scared at first since I don't like the smell of roses, but Camay Romantique Rose doesn't smell like Rose at all. But it's very fragrant, it's light and not irritating with the nose.

And here's the actual Camay soap, it has engraved Camay in the middle and the color and shape of the soap is also consistent with the feel of Camay! It looks very woman and chic. You can see that the soap is also thick enough same as the other soaps.

Used it already even before taking a photo of it haha!

My experience:

• Camay is so fragrant but doesn't smell like rose (if you like rose scent)
• It's thick and doesn't get soft easily but it gets small easily
• The scent doesn't stay on the skin even right after my bath
• My skin felt the same, nothing extra feeling even after using it for several days
• But I felt good while using it! 
• I liked it but I am not a fan.

Washi Tapes

Well hello! Here's a different kind of post for today! I am not an artsy person, but I appreciate art! Ang gulo ba?? I appreciate and like cute stuffs, scrap books stuffs, nice stationary papers, stickers, cute ribbons, cute gift wrappers, etc.  For some they love singing but singing doesn't love them. This is how art is for me. I appreciate and like art, but art doesn't like me! I suck in drawings, I can say I am creative but I can't draw it or put it into actual output. I need someone to do it for me, I can be on the creative planning part but not with the execution. When I am part of the execution, my contribution will be to cut the guided designs, pasting and or arranging! haha! Art for me would come in fashion! :)

When I first learned about Washi tapes I researched about it as they are very cute. I wanted to know what's it for / use.... So basically Washi Tapes are cute tapes! You use it for art, when doing crafts, taping, paper crafting, etc. To know more about Washi Tapes click here. 

And since I am not an artsy person, I know I should get some Washi tapes. I'll just have to stick them with out doing anything. haha! But I don't know where to get them! So I said to myself that I should definitely search for Washi tapes on my next travel adventure! But later did I know that I don't need to wait for my next travel adventure to get some Washi tapes! 

I came from an event today (it's work by the way) and the merchandise were mostly for kids and babies and whoah!! my chinita eyes went wide open when I saw these Washi tapes! I knew that they were Washi tapes but I still inquired to be sure! And with out any hesitations I knew that I will definitely get some. I was only thinking of getting one Washi tape since it's a little bit pricey. It costs P75 per roll (this is for the thin rolls), sizes differ according to sizes too. But I can't resist the nice designs and they have a promo of 5 for P300. I was controlling myself just to get one but I gave in and got the promo! Wah!! haha

So here are my first Washi tapes, I chose the following in accordance to the design and colors. I wanted to get different designs and different colors too! I want to get more pa but for now these 5 will be enough.

I think I want to use these Washi tapes on my things to differentiate it with other people's things, specially my things in the office. I don't need to write my name anymore and these Washi tapes (for the moment as I think I am the only one with Washi tapes haha) will automatically announce that the things are mine! haha!

Cold weather OOTD

It's rainy season already and the weather is getting cold so it's time to bring out sweaters, long sleeves and cover ups! Here's my casual rainy ootd. You can see that I love wearing simple casual looks rather than glamming up now a days. But again simple doesn't mean to be room clothes. 

I love wearing super comfortable clothes and I super love this 2 in 1 tank top as it already have a built in underwear. It's so comfortable as if you're not wearing any underwear but it gives the right support. Covered it up with this super comfortable and soft cardigan. You see that I used 2 shades of gray which made the look interesting. And pair it with this jeggings! This is what you call comfort!

I super like this cardigan as it is longer than the usual length. Long cardigans can create an illusion of leaner body.

Lastly, I wore minimal accessories again. Matchy matchy necklace with my footwear. I decided to wear this long owl necklace to spice up a little my simple look. It looks very vintage.

Lastly, I finally wore my new footwear that's matchy matchy with my necklace. It looks a balance of vintage and modern look. A nice footwear can make a simple outfit look very fashyon. Btw, it's so comfortable too!

L'oreal Total Repair 5 Deep Repairing Mask

Happy Weekend everyone! Weekend will almost come to an end again. huhu! But let's not think about that! Last week, I shared with you L'oreal Total Repair 5 shampoo. So now after a week... I'll be sharing with you the free deep repairing mask that was included. It actually has 6 free sachets with the shampoo.

This mask is supposed to work as a treatment and not mainly as a conditioner. It works the same with L'oreal Total Repair 5 shampoo but of course this mask works more intense! It will give the hair better action.

I like that it has the easy tear here portion.

Now let's try it!

Look at how creamy and thick the texture is!

My Experience:

• The mask is very creamy and thick!
• One sachet is enough for my long hair.
• I like that it made my hair instantly soft. Softer than when I used the shampoo.
• Like any other conditioner, it made my hair bagsak but not super bagsak to look boring.
• It has a different smell which I didn't appreciate much.
• My hair became less buhaghag. But I that my hair is buhaghag again the next day.

Lotus Biscoff Spread Crunchy

Cookie Butter Spread is very "in" here in the Philippines! In fact, even if we don't have a retail store distributing it... it still posted a craze and lots of people are searching and wants to buy it! There are a lot of online shops that are selling this but you can also get it at a retail outlet from Power Plant mall.

I've tried the other brand already and as curious as I am, I decided that I should try Lotus Biscoff Spread! It is said that Biscoff is the original one! So as soon as I was able to visit Power Plant again, I decided to get it but it wasn't available. I went back to the mall again after a week and saw that it is already available and with out any hesitation I bought one. 

So let's discover if it taste the same or even better.

To start of, Biscoff Spread is a European spread particularly from Belgium. As the name itself, this spread is made from Biscoff cookies. What's great about Lotus Biscoff Spread is that it's made from natural ingredients, no artificial flavors, 0 gram trans fat per serving and 0 cholesterol, non-GMO ingredients and it doesn't have any nuts!

With this kind of spread, we prefer to get it in Crunchy! It's good that they differentiate the variant base on the color of the cap. It's regular if the cap is color red and it's crunchy if the cap is color yellow.

Same as the other spreads, Lotus Biscoff has a seal too. Lotus Biscoff label / packaging is simple and with an enticing shot of the spread on a bread. I appreciate that the simplicity feels and looks homey. The look is like it should be in every home's kitchen and to be consumed everyday as part of breakfast / snack or anytime you want to have it. (But I like the packaging of the other one. hehe) Lotus Biscoff is also placed in a glass jar.

I like it that the seal has an extended part for easy to peel out.

It has Cinnamon too and made from either Soya, Canola, Palm or Sunflower oil

Sorry! I accidentally destroyed the spread before taking a picture of it.

Upon opening, it looks very intact and dry. It smells so good too! Now let's try it! Had it with a wheat bread too.

My verdict:

• Though it has cinnamon, I didn't taste the cinnamon which I like! 
• It tastes like a cookie that is positive for me.
• I think it's a little sweeter than the other brand but I still like it.
• The crunchiness of the cookie is great! It's very crunchy but not hard that it will stick in between teeth.
• It has generous amount of cookie but not too much as it will be over cookie.
• With this brand, I didn't taste any oil taste like soya oil. I love it! It focus more on the taste of the cookie!
• It smells very cookie!
• When spread, it's actually creamy and not too dry.
• This spread is actually not oily!
• I actually like this, it's delish!

Look at the generous amount of Crunchy cookies!

I would definitely buy this again!

She Looks Great!

It's a rainy Sunday again! It's been raining in the afternoon here and it's raining hard! So everyone, please keep safe!

I super love weekends! Yippe.. I try my best to not think of work during weekends so that I'll be able to recharge and regenerate energy just in time for Monday. It's also during weekends that I get to do things that I WANT to do! So I love weekends! haha

Today is another day for goofing around the mall with the fambam. I love wearing comfortable clothes lately and I am not in the mood to glam up. But hey, when we say comfortable it doesn't mean that we should look like losyang.

So here I am wearing the most comfortable thing on earth and it is t-shirt. T-shirt need not be boring! Make T-shirts fun with prints and statements on it!

Since I didn't want to look super casual. I matched it with this paper bag styled shorts. This type of shorts actually would work well with thin framed body. And yes! I am not thin as evident in the photo above. But I think it worked as I tucked in the t-shirt to at least give me some shape. This type of shorts would work well with well fitting tops too.

Since I don't feel like glamming up lately, I wear few accessories too. So I just wore this bracelet that I got from my office mate and my everyday watch. Plus these forever oh so comfortable footwear.

This bracelet complemented my look of comfortable casual but yet with a hint of fun and style. Look at the details! Cute!

As you can see the colors for me this day would be different shades of brown and grey that complemented each other. I find my look as casual with style. :)
